Jason O. Raimondi, Founder of J.O.R. Hospitality & Solutions and Managing Director at Horwath HTL, is a distinguished leader in luxury hospitality. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked with more than 140 elite clients, including Fortune 500 companies, world-renowned brands, ultra-luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, and award-winning destinations. His expertise has taken him across 30+ U.S. states and 15 countries, providing strategic insights that elevate service standards and operational excellence.
Raimondi’s career includes leadership roles with industry giants such as Hilton Hotels, IHG, Forbes Travel Guide, Loews Hotels, and The Walt Disney Company. His work spans resort operations, guest services, food & beverage, learning & development, and human resources. He has played a pivotal role in numerous hotel and resort openings, leading large-scale training initiatives and mentoring thousands of hospitality professionals worldwide. His ability to craft engaging content and deliver dynamic, high-impact training has made him a sought-after consultant and speaker.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Management & Leadership from Webster University, Raimondi is also an Adjunct Professor at Rosen College of Hospitality, where he shapes the future of the industry.
